This project involved the Monart Hotel sectional tank installation of a bespoke cold water storage tank at Monart Hotel in Co. Wexford. The tank, measuring 8.0 x 3.0 x 3.0 Metric, was equipped with insulated covers, stainless steel bolts, and an internal flanged base. The installation took place from 11th to 15th December 2023, ensuring efficient water storage for the hotel’s needs.

THE CHALLENGE

The Monart

Set in an 18th-century Georgian manor, this premium adults-only spa hotel is 4 km from the National 1798 Rebellion Centre, a heritage museum, and 5 km from the 16th-century Enniscorthy Castle.

The Monart presented us with the task of dismantling an existing 8x3x2M tank on site and replacing it with a new 8x3x3M tank on the same plinth. Complicating matters, we had a limited timeframe to complete these works due to the hotel’s ongoing bookings.
