The Board of the Bon Secours Health System had a development plan to set out the future facilities of the hospital located in College Road. Cork. Works included an expansion to the North Block of the hospital which is a seven story high structure. The expansion included four new operating theatres, a state of the art radiotherapy department, an oncology day ward, three inpatient wards, and a fully equipped critical care unit. Bon Secours Cork cancer centre is the most advanced in Munster.

Tricel Pumps were delighted to be awarded the tender by our client Jones Engineering to supply and commission a large amount of equipment to cover the water supply, circulation, and pressurisation requirements of the hospital. The equipment the team provided on this project included: Grundfos pumps, Booster sets, and pressurisation units.
